Does my Google Form need to be public?
It needs to be open to anyone with the link, which is the Google Forms default. It won't work if the form requires a Google sign-in, collects verified email addresses, or has file-upload questions. We check this when you paste your link and tell you exactly what to change.
Do I have to rebuild my form?
No. Keep editing your questions in Google Forms as usual. Changes show up in your branded form automatically.
Where do my responses go?
Straight to your Google Form and its linked Google Sheet, the same place they go today. We never store what people write. We only count submissions so you can see how many came in.
Is $10 really a one-time payment?
Yes. You pay $10 USD once per form. There is no subscription and no limit on responses, and the form stays live for the life of the product.
Is there a limit on responses?
No. There are no response limits, tiers or overage fees. A form that gets 10 responses a month and one that gets 100,000 both cost $10 USD, once.
Can I change the design after I pay?
As often as you like, for free. Sign in, open the form from My forms, make your changes and hit Save. Your live form updates right away, with no new code to paste.
Can I switch to a different Google Form?
Each $10 covers one Google Form. Editing that form's questions is always free. Branding a different form is a new $10 USD form.
Will it match my website's font?
Pick any of the 1,939 Google Fonts, choose "Use my site's font" to use whatever your page already loads, or link your own font file. Paid fonts like Adobe Fonts must allow formmatcher.com in their settings.
How do I sign in?
With your email. We send a one-time sign-in link, so there is no password to remember. Your account is created when you pay.
Can I get a QR code for my form?
Yes, on our sibling site Form QR Code. Click "Make a QR code" in My forms and your form's link and colors come with you, so there is nothing to copy over.
Does it work on phones?
Yes. Forms adapt to any screen size, and you can preview the mobile version in the builder before you publish.
Is Form Matcher made by Google?
No. Form Matcher is an independent product that works with Google Forms. Google Forms is a trademark of Google LLC.
